DOMESTIC OR COMMUNITY BORE WELL PUMP SELECTION

INSTRUCTIONS TO INPUT VALUES TO SELECT SUITABLE PUMP

First select the suitable size of bore well Drilled by clicking the above

respecve Radio buon.

Enter total depth of the bore well drilled either in feet or in meters in the

respecve input box at “Total Bore Depth in feet or In Meters”. If

entered in feet, it automacally converts and takes only in meters for

calculaon.

Enter the standing water level in the bore well from ground level in feet or

in meters as above at “Stac water level in feet or in meters”.

Enter the depth at which the maximum water (Struck) got while drilling

the bore well from ground level at “Final water source depth in feet or

in meters” as above.

Enter at “Height to be pumped from ground level in feet or In

meters” calculate the total height, the water to be pumped in feet or

meters ranging 10 to 900 feet or 3 to 275 meters for Single phase and 10

to 1500 feet or 3 to 450 meters for three phase pumps as above, from

ground level or from the top of bore well to the point of delivery of water.

Next, enter the total quanty of water (Struck) got from the bore well at

the me of drilling in LPM only (Litres Per Minute) ranging from 5 to 550

LPM for Single Phase and 20 to 1600 LPM for 3 Phase pumps by measuring

and calculang exactly. (Not in V-notch inches or in any other form) at.

“Total Yield (Water) Available in LPM”.

Select the available power supply from “Power supply available Single

Phase 230 V or Three Phase 415 V”. For above 5 HP pump sets or

higher discharge and head, only 3 phase pumps are available.

Select the required make of the pump set by clicking at the dropdown

menu from. “Which Make Pump Required ” (at present only UNEEL

and Unna brand pumps are available), If not selected any brand, it will

search and display by default from the enre make of pumps for the most

suitable and eﬃcient pump set.

Select the “BACK” buon, in case to go back to previous page.

Finally select buon to go to the next address entering page.
